Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds, modern room.

The room was nice, the staff was very very friendly, and this place is good value for money, with Pinchos just a walk away for lunch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location inside the city walls was absolutely perfect, allowing me to easily explore the medieval charm of the area. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. My room was beautifully decorated with lots of lovely lights, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, adding to the overall luxurious feel of the place.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was kinda surprised by the central location of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms at Hotell Slottsbacken. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the safe storage for my bikes.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the main attractions, which was really convenient during my Easter stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a variety of traditional Swedish dishes and plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.

My key card stopped working on the second day, leaving me locked out of my room. The reception closed early and it was difficult for me to get any help.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city center, with easy access to attractions and transportation options. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities such as jacuzzis and fantastic showers. the staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and always ready to help with any request.

Some of the facilities could be improved, and the breakfast is just basic.

The room was outdated and lacked basic amenities. it was extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel facilities were amazing as well, and the breakfast offered a great selection of food. The staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home. I also appreciate the parking on the hotel, easy for me to come and go as I pleased.
